WWII German M84 K98 Mauser Bayonet withScabbard + Frog Match #'s RFV 1939

WWII German Mauser M1884/98 Bayonet with Scabbard and Frog. Ricasso is marked "4771" over "a" on one side, the reverse is F. Sn", and the spine has "39 for 1939. The crossguard is marked R. The brown/black grips have light scratches. The blade has 95% of the finish, it is straight, unsharpened, the tip is sharp, no nicks, a few small rust freckles, and it is tight.

The pommel has a double Waffenampt mark that looks like "WaA234". The scabbard has "4771" over "a" on the frontside and on the backside is F.

The scabbard is solid with two dents, and has some light surface rust throughout the lower 2/3. The leather frog shows light wear, marked on the back but illegible, the stitching is mostly tight, and the restraining strap is half gone. Length of the blade measures 9 3/4" (1" wide x 3/16" thick spine), length of the bayonet is 15 1/16", and in the scabbard it is 15 7/8.
